Guanella Pass Road is now paved!!! Let's race up it! Several years in the making, the Guanella pass road is now paved from Georgetown to the top of the pass. The category 1 climb rises 3150 ft. over 12 miles to the summit at 11,700 ft. with sections of 9-12%. Train early and often!  The race is on Father's Day so bring the family along to cheer dad on. $1700 Cash Purse plus merchandise. Also special prizes for the fastest dads of in each category. Including "Georgetown Experience Packages" Citizen riders welcome. See the race flyer for details. After the race, the family can take dad out to lunch at one of Georgetown's fine restaurants, take the kids on the Loop railway to Silver Plume, go for a hike, go fishing at the lake...
